Day 16: Change of game plan

Prep for b'fast
Sleep by 11
up by 7
stretch and 1/2 b'fast
exercises
stretch and have rest of b'fast
at work by 9

Definitely better and less rushed.  Also was good not having to force down that b'fast all at once.

Still a clutz on the ropes and forgot my lunges til after I showered (I think my legs are sending subliminal messages to my brain to forget about them.. )

baby steps.. baby steps...
